Shipping, Delivery & Returns / Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing shipping, delivery, refunds, and exchanges for online courses (digital products) and physical merchandise purchased from our website.

1. Shipping & Delivery

1.1 Order Confirmation

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation notification from our website. Our Customer Service team will then proceed with order verification, and you will be updated accordingly by email.

1.2 Physical Merchandise Delivery
  • Once your order has been verified, physical merchandise will be shipped accordingly.
  • You can expect to receive your order within ten (10) working days after verification.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
1.3 Courses
  • For courses that do not include physical materials (e.g. books or kits), you will receive an email notification once your order has been verified.
  • Access to the online course will be granted within five (5) working days after order verification.
  • Login credentials or access instructions will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

2. Courses – Refund & Exchange Policy

All course purchases are non-refundable once confirmed.

However, exchanges may be permitted under the following conditions:

  • Customers may request to exchange the purchased course for:
    • Another course of similar value, or
    • A replacement participant for the same course.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted no later than seven (7) days before the course commencement date.
  • Requests made less than seven (7) days prior to the course start date will not be accepted, and the original purchase will be forfeited.
  • All exchange requests are subject to availability and administrative approval.

3. Physical Merchandise – Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for physical merchandise subject to the following conditions:

  • Customers must contact our admin team within three (3) days of receiving the item to request a return.
  • Returned items must be:
    • In new, unused condition,
    • Unopened, and
    • In the original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days after we receive and verify that the returned item is in acceptable condition.
  • Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are only applicable for return requests submitted within three (3) days of receiving the item and returned in good condition.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. General Terms

  • All refund and exchange requests must be submitted via our official customer support channel.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any request that does not comply with this policy.
  • Processing timelines may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
