本课程是一门专为新手妈妈打造的实用课程，融合中医调理理念与现代产后康复方法，从身体复原、经络调养、体型恢复到情绪稳定，全方位帮助女性安全科学地度过“月子”与“产后 100 天”黄金恢复期。
课程涵盖产后常见症状如腹直肌分离认知、子宫复旧、乳腺保健、体态调整、盆底肌修复、传统 Bengkung 包扎、日式背脊调整，助力妈妈在养身之余，恢复美丽、自信与活力。

- 聚焦真实问题：详细解析产后常见困扰，如身形松垮、虚胖水肿、子宫下垂、乳胀乳结、情绪低落等。

Course Introduction
This course is specially designed for new mothers, combining Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) conditioning concepts with modern postpartum recovery methods. It provides comprehensive guidance from physical restoration, meridian regulation, body reshaping, to emotional stability—helping women safely and scientifically navigate the crucial “confinement period” and the golden 100 days after childbirth.
The course covers common postpartum conditions such as diastasis recti awareness, uterine recovery, breast care, posture correction, pelvic floor rehabilitation, traditional Bengkung wrapping, and Japanese spinal adjustment—empowering mothers to regain health, beauty, confidence, and vitality.

- Focus on real issues: In-depth analysis of common postpartum concerns such as loose body shape, water retention, uterine prolapse, breast engorgement, blocked milk ducts, and mood swings.
