The course covers fundamental aromatherapy knowledge, safety guidelines, introductions to commonly used essential oils, blending theories, and practical formulation techniques. With interactive practice, you will handcraft your own essential oil blends to support relaxation, better sleep, emotional balance, and overall wellness.
