Learners will master common acupoint location, shallow needling skills, and how to integrate acupuncture into daily routines for self-care or caring for loved ones. It is ideal for modern families seeking natural wellness and self-health management.

Since acupuncture is an invasive technique, even for self-care or demonstration purposes, strict safety protocols must be followed. The following groups are advised not to participate unless medically cleared:
- Pregnant or women preparing for pregnancy
- Individuals with bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant medication
- Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases
- Those with skin infections, ulcers, or skin lesions
- Individuals with unstable mental conditions or a history of severe psychiatric illness
- Those extremely fearful of needles / prone to fainting from needles
- Children under 12 or those with mobility limitations
Safety Statement
Participants must sign a health declaration prior to the course, ensuring no major illnesses or special conditions. A medical certificate of fitness may be required. The organizer reserves the right to final approval to safeguard participants’ and others’ safety.
