This course focuses on “Pulse Diagnosis (Qie Zhen)” in Traditional Chinese Medicine’s four diagnostic methods (inspection, listening/smelling, inquiry, palpation), integrating it with modern aromatherapy practices. It explores the precise connection between TCM pulse patterns and essential oil applications for personalized care.
Learners will systematically study basic TCM pulse diagnosis methods, identify constitution types and pathological tendencies reflected in different pulse qualities, and, through the lens of meridian theory, emotional regulation, and Five Element classification, master the selection of essential oils for blending, massage, inhalation, and emotional support.
The course emphasizes both theory and practice, equipping aromatherapists and TCM wellness practitioners with the ability to accurately assess client constitutions, design personalized blends, and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
